Please Help Me ! How to use Sage oil ( Salvia Sclarea ) to improve memory?

I also got from the neatural food store in a university campus, Rosemary oil. How do i use Rosemary Essential Oil and Sage Essential Oil, for memory improvement?
Which other herbs can help me to have more concentration and memory for studying?

Clary Sage is not typically used for memory enhancement. It is, however, a nervine & anti-anxiety herb. It is relaxing. Rosemary for memory is used as a room fragrance or inhalant. Rosemary is a stimulant. Together they should make you more alert, yet less anxious.

There are several ways to use these. You pick the one that works best for you. Put 2 drops of Rosemary & 1 drop of Clary Sage on a tissue and sniff every minute or two. Put this same combo on a light bulb ring and set on a bulb in a lamp over your study area. Put this same combo in a heat resistant bowl and add a cup of steaming hot water. Cover your head with a bath towel and inhale the steam through your nose, keeping eyes shut. Inhale for a few seconds, then take a breath of fresh air. Repeat once or twice and you’re ready for study. Put a small amount of warm water in a new plant mister, add the essential Oils, shake vigorously & spray the study area. Avoid spraying on wood furniture, silk or fine fabric that will spot.

Don’t overdo the Clary as it will make you sleepy and relaxed. Don’t use either herb in pregnancy or the Rosemary with epileptics.
