Candle Making Essential Oils
Can i use fragrance Oils to make solid perfume ?
I know Fragrance Oils are used to make candles and soap and im planning to do SOLID PERFUME. So can i just substitue those expensive Essential Oils with fragrance ones? What will be the diffrence?
Fragrance oil isnt necessarily skin safe.
